NMHC/NAA created a new advertising campaign targeting policy makers nationwide. The six new ads follow up a full-page issue ad that ran in Politico this spring, reaching 33,000 DC legislators, policymakers and other influential readers about how apartments create jobs. The new ads hit this important jobs message, but also bring it to the local level. In addition, the new ads show how the country’s changing demographics and lifestyle preferences strongly favor rental housing. Our message is if you want a vibrant, thriving 21st century community, you need to bring apartments into the mix.
