Join us in New York for the first of five regional Emerging Leaders Speakers Series events planned for 2015.

Held several times a year in various locations around the country, the NMHC Emerging Leaders Speaker Series features a senior industry executive sharing his or her insights, observations and advice in a small-scale setting that allows for high quality networking.

MaryAnne Gilmartin, President and CEO, Forest City Ratner Companies

Gilmartin has been point person in the development of some of the most high-profile real estate projects in New York City. She led the efforts to build Barclays Center, the new state-of-the-art sports and entertainment venue and the centerpiece of Pacific Park Brooklyn, a 22-acre mixed-use development.
Gilmartin oversaw the development of The New York Times Building, designed by world renowned architect Renzo Piano and New York by Gehry, the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere, designed by award-winning architect Frank Gehry. In addition to these projects, Gilmartin has managed the commercial portfolio at MetroTech Center in Downtown Brooklyn, which consists of 6.7 million square feet of Class A office space.

Registration is open to any under-40 employee (with five or more years of industry experience) of NMHC member firm. 

Registration is $65 per person, and space is limited.  Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first served basis.
