Room reservations should be made directly with the Fairmont Copley Plaza online via the NMHC group housing reservation web page or by calling 617/267-5300. NMHC set aside a block of rooms for meeting attendees with a cut-off date of Thursday, April 17.  Our group rates start at $359 single or double occupancy per night (plus applicable taxes). Please specify that you will be attending the NMHC meeting when speaking to the reservations agent.   Rooms are limited.  


If your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation at the Fairmont, please contact Melissa Rowan at mrowan@nmhc.org before canceling with the hotel so she may reassign your room to another NMHC member on the hotel's wait list, if one exists.  Please check the NMHC website periodically for hotel update information.
 

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
For attendees arriving by air in Boston at Logan International Airport, you have the following alternatives for ground transportation to/from the Fairmont Copley Square:
 

  • Taxi service is available at Logan International Airport.  The fare between Logan International Airport and the Fairmont is approximately $25-$30 each way.  The airport is approximately five miles from the hotel and travel time is generally 20 minutes, depending on traffic.
  • An alternative to taxi service is SuperShuttle.  It is a shared ride service and may make multiple stops.  From the airport, the cost is $16 per person one way. SuperShuttle also offers ExecuCar, which is a private sedan service, with rates starting at $105 one way. Contact the company online or at 800/258-3826 for hours of service or to make a reservation.
  • NMHC has contracted with Hertz for discounted car rental rates, which are typically better than the rates other programs offer.  Reservations can be made by calling the Hertz Meeting Sales Desk at 800/654-2240 or click here to make reservations online.  To receive NMHC’s special rates, please request CV# 011F0122.  Please note: Overnight parking at the hotel is $46/day.
