Room reservations should be made directly with the Fairmont Washington by calling 202/429-2400 or online here. NMHC has set aside a block of rooms at the group rate of $349 single/double occupancy per night (plus applicable taxes) for meeting attendees, with a cut-off date of Tuesday, September 2. Please specify that you will be attending the NMHC Meeting when speaking to the reservations agent to receive the group rate. Rooms are limited.
Important Note: When booking your room reservation, please ask to sign up for the free Fairmont President's Club (if you aren't already a member), which will provide you with free services, such as complimentary Internet in your room and health club access, during your stay.
We expect our room block to sell out. If the rooms sell out or you can not get the group rate, the Fairmont can place you on the waitlist and will contact you as rooms become available. If your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation at the Fairmont, before canceling with the hotel please contact Melissa Rowan, NMHC Meetings Manager, directly at 202/974-2372 or firstname.lastname@example.org, so she may reassign your room to another NMHC member on the waitlist, if one exists.

The 2014 NMHC Fall Board of Directors & Advisory Committee Meeting is open to NMHC Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Advisory Committee members. Associate members are not eligible to attend.
Registration is contingent upon membership dues being current. While the personal presence of our members is strongly preferred, if you are unable to attend, you are urged to send another senior representative from your company. Due to space limitations, we request that no more than three (3) representatives from a member company attend. (This limitation does not include spouses or social guests.)
Registrations received after September 1 (including on-site registrations) may result in your name and company being excluded from the printed attendee list.
On-site registration will open on September 16, at the NMHC registration desk at the Fairmont Hotel.
Please note: NMHC reserves the right to close meeting registration should interest exceed space availability.

Meeting cancellations must be sent in writing to NMHC.
