The Joint Legislative Committee serves as the advisory group for the Joint Legislative Program of NMHC and the National Apartment Association.  Through the Joint Legislative Program, NMHC and NAA work together to advance the apartment industry’s legislative and regulatory agenda.  The committee is charged with identifying industry priorities and providing oversight on the implementation of our collective advocacy program.
