The Student Housing Committee oversees the activities of NMHC’s National Student Housing Council, which brings together the leading owners, developers, managers and investors/lenders in student housing (primarily off-campus housing). It works to develop best practices, benchmarking and other informational resources.  It also recommends programming for NMHC’s annual Student Housing Conference & Exposition.
