The Audit Committee assists the NMHC Board of Directors in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities relating to: NMHC’s financial statements and financial reporting process, including its federal tax return;  the annual independent audit of NMHC’s financial statements; and the system of internal accounting and financial controls.
