    Sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Department of Energy, Energy Star provides information about energy efficient practices and an energy performance rating system for buildings and products.
  • EPA ENERGY STAR Performance Tracking Tool for Multifamily
    NEW (February 2009) online energy performance tracking tool allows building owners and operators to measure and manage their buildings’ energy consumption. Allows apartment owners to assess their portfolios’ energy performance, identify under-performing buildings, set investment priorities to make targeted energy efficiency improvements and earn recognition for achievements.
