2010 Sponsorship Opportunities
A critical contributing factor to NMHC's success over the past few years has been the tremendous generosity of our members who have sponsored various events and speakers at our Membership Meetings and strategic information Forums and Conferences.  The sponsors have afforded us the luxury of presenting high-level content in a first-class setting that is generally considered the premier forum for senior executives of the apartment industry.

In 2010 we are continuing the following categories of sponsorships:

  • Chairman's Circle for firms who commit to sponsor $50,000 or more in 2010
  • Friends of the Council for firms that sponsor $25,000 or $49,999 in 2010.
  • Plus, Additional Sponsorships for firms that sponsor $5,000 to $24,999 in 2010
    • Major Sponsors, sponsor $10,000 to $24,999 in 2010
    • General Sponsors, sponsor $5,000 to $9,999 in 2010

Both the Chairman's Circle and Friends of the Council will automatically receive additional benefits detailed below.

If your firm commits to $50,000 or more in sponsorships in 2010, you will join the Chairman's Circle and receive the following benefits:

  • Sponsorship recognition during every 2010 NMHC Membership Meeting, Forum and Conference, not just the specific meeting(s) you sponsor.
  • Chairman’s Circle sponsors may register up to a maximum of four additional attendees at no cost per event for every 2010 NMHC Membership Meeting, Forum and Conference, not just the specific meeting(s) you sponsor (with the exception of the Executive Leadership Conference).
  • Invitations to VIP events such as Luncheons with the General session Speakers and Chairman’s Reception, and VIP photo opportunity with keynote speakers during the Annual Meeting.
  • Opportunity to select sponsor items for your $50,000. For example, if you give $50,000 you can select the Annual Meeting Welcome Reception for $20,000, the Spring Board of Directors Dinner for $15,000, and the Student Housing Conference General Session for $15,000.

If your firm commits to $25,000 to $49,999 in 2010, you will join the Friends of the Council and receive the following benefits:

  • Sponsorship recognition during every 2010 NMHC Membership Meeting, Forum and Conference, not just the specific meeting(s) you sponsor.
  • Friends of the Council sponsors may register up to a maximum of two (2) additional attendees at no cost per event for every 2010 NMHC Membership Meeting, Forum and Conference, not just the specific meeting(s) you sponsor (with the exception of the Executive Leadership Conference).
  • Invitations to VIP events such as Luncheons with the General Session Speakers and VIP photo opportunity with keynote speakers during the Annual Meeting.
  • Opportunity to select sponsor items for your $25,000. For example, if you give $25,000 you can select the Apartment Strategies Conference Lunch for $20,000 and the Spring Board of Directors Meeting Refreshment Breaks for $5,000.

Companies that help sponsor a specific meeting – “meeting sponsor” – receive the following benefits:

  • They are listed in the meeting notices to all invited members and non-members and are included in the meeting information posted on our web site (www.nmhc.org).
  • They are prominently listed in meeting programs.
  • They are displayed on PowerPoint presentations before the start of each meeting.
  • They are listed in signage prominently displayed at the meeting.
  • They are listed in the NMHC Annual Report.
  • Major Sponsors ($10,000 to $24,999) may register two (2) additional attendees at no cost.
  • General Sponsors (below $10,000) may register one (1) additional attendee at no cost.

NOTE: Sponsors may “go shopping” and combine the benefits they prefer from the sponsorship items enclosed to reach the Chairman’s Circle, Friends of the Council or Additional Sponsorships level.

Chairman’s Circle and Friends of the Council monies only apply to meeting opportunities.
