FEMA's 403 Emergency Shelter Program Updated 10/26/05
FEMA has issued two "Frequently Asked Questions" documents pertaining to the provision of interim housing for evacuees from Hurricanes Katrina and Rita through the Public Assistance (PA) program, which is funded under the authority of Section 403 of the Stafford Act.
