Seven years ago, NMHC launched a student housing initiative to help firms prosper from this niche market.  Since then, we’ve produced a number of valuable industry research reports on topics such as student housing rent growth, existing on-campus housing stock and more.

The Council is now pleased to publish the 2009 Student Housing Directory.  The Directory, which can be purchased for $250 ($300 for non-members), includes separate categories for
