The National Multi Housing Council (NMHC) is conducting the first and only apartment-specific survey to benchmark how firms are using automated payments technology.

Who Should Take the Survey?

The survey is best completed by the individual(s) most familiar with your firm’s automated payments processing.  If you feel the survey should go to someone else in your firm, please forward this e-mail to them. 

In the event that multiple people need to collaborate to compile this data, a PDF version has been posted here so you can see the data required before completing the online survey. 

Please note that all results will be kept completely confidential.  There is information on our confidentiality policy below.

Results

All participants will receive a full copy of the final results. 

The results will also be presented during the NMHC Apartment Technology Conference to be held November 8-10 in Phoenix.  See http://www.nmhc.org/goto/Tech09 for more information on the Conference.

Confidentiality

ALL INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL, AND NO DATA WILL BE RELEASED IN A NON-SUMMARY FORM.  INDIVIDUAL SURVEY REPONSES WILL BE DESTROYED UPON COMPLETION OF THE SURVEY. 

As requested and if appropriate, NMHC will consider the execution of non-disclosure agreements with survey participants specific to this project. Requests should be directed to David Cardwell at dcardwell@nmhc.org.
