When NMHC launched its student housing initiative seven years ago, we committed to producing resources to help firms from this niche market. In addition to our ongoing original research reports, we also produce a Student Housing Directory to assist firms in their ongoing networking.

To assist us with keeping this Directory up to date, we would like your help. We are asking all NMHC members to identify firms active in off-campus housing in each of the following categories; owners, managers, developers, investors, and lenders.

Note: we are NOT looking for firms that deal only in joint ventures or on-campus dormitories.

You may list as many companies as you see fit in the open text field provided for each category. If a firm fits into multiple categories, please list the firm in each appropriate category.

Company names provided in your survey response will be compiled and printed in an updated NMHC compendium of student housing companies.

The 2009 NMHC Student Housing Directory will be published in the fall.  In the meantime, the 2008 Directory can be purchased here.
