NMHC Student Housing Conference

This unique, one-day conference is designed to shorten the learning curve for newcomers and provide seasoned student housing professionals with an overview of current market conditions and emerging trends.
The event is open to NMHC members and non-members, and it brings together all of the participants in off-campus and joint venture student housing, including owners, developers, lenders, brokers and university partners.
Topics to be covered include: the state of the industry; recent deals; technology and student housing; capital market conditions; building or rehabilitating student properties; and do's and don'ts from the student's perspective.
On Monday, September 22, 2008 the conference will begin at 8:15 AM and adjourn at 3:30 PM.
