Don’t miss the NMHC Apartment Strategies Conference  preceding the Annual Meeting. Wednesday is an entire day of trends, statistics and powerful business insight into what lies ahead in 2010 for the economy and our industry.  This meeting is open to members and non-members and requires a separate registration from the Annual Meeting.  Topics will include:

Registration
Below is the list of complimentary registrations per membership category along with the number of total attendees permitted per company for the NMHC Apartment Strategies Conference.  All members/non-members must register first and receive a registration number in order to reserve a hotel room.  No company room blocks will be permitted.

  • NMHC Executive Committee Members: receive three (3) complimentary registrations and may register up to three (3) additional representatives for a fee of $600 each;
  • NMHC Board of Directors Members: receive one (1) complimentary registration and may register up to five (5) additional representatives for a fee of $600 each;
  • NMHC Advisory Committee and Associate Members: may register up to six (6) representatives for a fee of $600 each;
  • 2010 Chairman's Circle ($50,000 or more): receive four (4) complimentary registrations for every meeting;
  • Political Action Committee (PAC) Elite: receive four (4) complimentary registrations for every meeting;
  • 2010 Friends of The Council ($25,000 or more):  receive two (2) complimentary registrations for every meeting;
  • 2010 Major Sponsors ($10,000 or more):  receive two (2) complimentary registrations;
  • 2010 General Sponsors (less than $10,000):  receive one (1) complimentary registration;
  • Non-Members: may register up to six (6) representatives for a fee of $1,200 each.
