Registration
All attendees must first register and receive a registration number in order to reserve a hotel room.  No company room blocks will be permitted. NMHC Members must be in good standing in order to register at the member rate and to request a hotel reservation. 

Below is the list of complimentary registrations per membership category along with the number of total attendees permitted per company for the 2011 NMHC Apartment Strategies Conference.

  • NMHC Executive Committee Members: receive three (3) complimentary registrations and may register up to three (3) additional representatives for a fee of $600 each;
  • NMHC Board of Directors Members: receive one (1) complimentary registration and may register up to five (5) additional representatives for a fee of $600 each;
  • NMHC Advisory Committee and Associate Members: may register up to six (6) representatives for a fee of $600 each;
  • 2011 Chairman's Circle ($50,000 or more): receive four (4) complimentary registrations;
  • Political Action Committee (PAC) Elite: receive four (4) complimentary registrations;
  • 2011 Friends of The Council ($25,000 or $49,999):  receive two (2) complimentary registrations;
  • 2011 Major Sponsors ($10,000 or $24,999):  receive two (2) complimentary registrations;
  • 2011 General Sponsors (less than $10,000):  receive one (1) complimentary registration;
  • Non-Members: may register up to six (6) representatives for a fee of $1,200 each.

Please be advised that the members-only 2011 NMHC Annual Meeting will be held on January 18-20, immediately after, but independently of, the 2011 NMHC Apartment Strategies Conference.  Separate registration is required for each meeting.
