Special "Limited Access" Emerging Leaders Registration for NMHC's Annual Meeting

January 22-23, 2013
La Quinta Resort & Club • Palm Springs, CA

The NMHC Annual Meeting is the largest gathering of the year where NMHC members come together to network with their colleagues.   

To help cultivate the future leaders of the apartment industry, NMHC has created a special $300 "Emerging Leaders" registration in addition to the regular registrations available for NMHC member firms. 

Because of space limitations, the Emerging Leaders registration will offer limited access to specific events, detailed below, at the Annual Meeting. 

To qualify, attendees must be under 40 and have at least five years of industry experience.  Each NMHC member firm is limited to one (1) Emerging Leaders registration. The first 350 Emerging Leaders registrations will be accepted.  (NOTE: Under-40 professionals can also register for full access to the Annual Meeting and are welcome to attend all Emerging Leader events.  No separate registration is required.)

Limited Access Emerging Leaders Registration includes the following.  NOTE: These events are open to anyone under 40 attending the annual meeting, regardless of whether they have a full access registration or a limited access Emerging Leaders registration. 

Tuesday, January 22  
5:00 - 6:00 PM Emerging Leaders Meet and Greet (Open to all Under-40 Annual Meeting Attendees)
6:00 - 7:30 PM  Opening Reception 
   
Wednesday, January 23  
9:30 - 11:45 AM Opening General Session
Noon - 1:00 PM Special Emerging Leaders Lunch/Networking Event
(Open to all Under-40 Annual Meeting Attendees)
1:00 - 4:00 PM Education Sessions/Peer-to-Peer Roundtables 
6:30 - 7:30 PM  Networking Reception
9:30 PM After-Dinner Bash

Hotel Reservations
All members must first register for the meeting and receive a meeting registration confirmation code in order to reserve a hotel room.  NMHC members must be in good standing in order to register and to request a hotel reservation. 

Apartment Strategies Conference 

Please be advised that the 2013 NMHC Apartment Strategies Conference will be held on Tuesday, January 22, immediately prior to the NMHC Annual Meeting.  Emerging Leaders can register for full access for the conference, although separate registration is required.
