Innovative Financing: The Rise of Crowdfunding

Multifamily capital formation is undergoing innovation and disruption, and crowdfunding is a major driver of that.

Join us for an evening with Ben Miller, co-founder and CEO of Fundrise, to take a look at the future of investing in and financing commercial real estate.

Fundrise crowdfunded the first online equity offering for a real estate property (in DC actually)… raising $325,000 from 175 individual investors.  Now the industry will do a billion dollars a year, and Fundrise is doing a project a week and raising probably half a million dollars a day.
