2016 NMHC Emerging Leaders Speaker Series Chicago

May 18, 2016
Chicago, IL

Technology is radically shifting how industries conduct business and provide better services. Real estate has too often been a laggard in technological innovation.

One Chicago organization is looking to change that. Elmspring is a real estate focused technology accelerator that is the first seed stage real estate and housing technology accelerator in the country.
Waterton's Peter Kuzma will moderate discuss the state of startups in our industry and more with Bob Gillespie, Elmspring's executive director.

We’ll also hear pitches from three of the firms currently working at the accelerator.

CondoGrade. Launched in September 2015, the company provides ratings and reports on the financial health of condominium associations.

Realync, a finalist in NMHC’s 2015 Launch Pad. The firm enables live, interactive virtual tours and open houses as well as HD pre-recorded videos using just a mobile device.

Enodo Score. A predictive analytics tool that measures the institutional investment grade of multifamily properties. Using real-time data from public and private sources, Enodo Score’s machine learning algorithm assigns a score to each property to facilitate data-driven investment decisions.
