Non-Member Information
NMHC’s Directory of Business Services and Products Thank you for your interest in NMHC’s online Directory of Business Services & Products. This searchable database was created to help NMHC’s members find potential business partners in more than 33 different industry sectors, including technology providers, debt and equity providers, insurance companies, consultants, suppliers and more. NMHC members receive a free listing in the Directory as part of their membership. In addition, all the employees of NMHC member firms have unlimited access to the Directory at no charge. To date, more than 7,000 of the apartment industry’s leading executives have taken advantage of this benefit and have signed up for access to this and other Members Only content on NMHC’s web site. Non-members can gain access to the Directory by purchasing a non-member listing for $1,000 a year. (Listings are valid for one calendar year from the listing entry date.) If you would like to purchase a listing for your firm and gain access to the full Directory, please click the “Purchase a Non-Member Listing” link below. Our automated system will walk you through the process of creating and paying for your listing. All new listings are reviewed by NMHC staff prior to appearing on the web site; however, most new listings are approved within one business day. Once your listing is live on our web site, you will receive instructions on how to update it as often as needed. We appreciate your interest in the Directory.
