Property management software is now the primary tool through which apartment owners manage a broad array of mission-critical practices. When an apartment firm selects a software product, it is basing a significant portion of its future success on the ability of the software provider to deliver, and effectively support, its product. However, the relative newness of most of these software products makes it extremely difficult for firms to select one.
This first-of-its-kind satisfaction survey asked current user's of the 13 leading property management software products to rate their satisfaction with the products' performance, reporting and user support as well as the implementation process, training support, ability to customize and ability to integrate with other applications.
Apartment firms are generally satisfied with their property management software, but welcome improvements in the key areas of product support, software integration and new product delivery.
