The sweeping health care legislation signed into law in March 2010, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (P.L. 111-148) and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act (P.L. 111-152), included tax provisions that will significantly impact members of the apartment industry. 

NMHC/NAA have prepared a summary of the tax law changes that could affect apartment firms.
