Ian Georgiev is a Legislative and Regulatory Analyst specializing in housing policy. Previously, he served as a Legislative Intern for Rep. Warren Davidson, focusing on financial services policy, and interned at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck and Invariant, where he built relationships with Fortune 500 companies and foreign governments. Ian led a team of analysts as the Labor Policy Lead at Stateside Associates and consulted on a Department of Defense geopolitical project with Baron Public Affairs. He holds a B.A. in Law with honors from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a specialization in Financial Crisis Management from Yale University. Ian is fluent in English, Bulgarian, Turkish, and Macedonian.
