Bravura Sponsor Portal – Check Regularly
Log into the Bravura Sponsor Portal regularly to check for updates, key dates/deadlines, documents/resources to help you stay on track. Click on the Checklist tile in the portal to view this information.
Your Bravura Sponsor Portal login credentials are included in your Annual Meeting Sponsorship Confirmation email. These credentials are different than your NMHC website credentials. Make sure you are using the correct credentials when accessing the portal.

- Login to your NMHC Member Account to view the list.
- The Attendee List includes the name, title, and company of each registrant. Attendee email address/contact information is NOT provided.
- NMHC does not sell registration lists, contact information, or phone numbers.

Sponsors receive a predetermined number of free registrations and additional paid registrations based on their NMHC membership and sponsorship tier.
Refer to the NMHC Event Registration Eligibility document to determine the total number of registrations your company is eligible to receive for the Annual Meeting, Apartment Strategies Conference, and Women’s Event sections to determine the total number for these events.

- A valid meeting registration and official badge are required to enter all event spaces, meeting rooms, and hotel suites.
- Badge sharing is strictly prohibited. Sponsors and attendees found sharing and swapping badges or wearing a badge that is not their own will have their badge confiscated and must leave the event.
- Company-issued badges will not be accepted in place of official NMHC meeting badges.
- Complimentary registrations allocated through sponsorship/membership purchases may only be used by employees of the sponsoring/member company.
- If Sponsor has multiple NMHC memberships, Sponsor’s complimentary registrations attach to the highest NMHC membership level held by the Sponsor. Sponsorship benefits, including complimentary registrations, cannot be split among multiple company rosters.

Registration
Registration for the Annual Meeting, Apartment Strategies Conference, and Women’s Event is open. Complete registration on the Annual Meeting Event page. You must be logged into the NMHC site to view the event page details and registration link.

Online registration closes on January 22, 2026, at 5 p.m. ET. Once online registration has closed, all registrations can be processed onsite once NMHC registration opens on Monday, January 26. Please check the Agenda on the Annual Meeting website for onsite registration hours.
Networking Pass Registration will open on the NMHC website in early December 2025. Registration date TBA. Networking Passes will be $600 each. Details will be communicated to sponsors at a later date.
Meeting cancellations must be sent in writing to NMHC. Written requests for meeting cancellation refunds received by Friday, December 12th are entitled to a full refund, minus a processing fee of $250. No meeting cancellation refunds will be granted after December 12, 2025.
Canceling your meeting registration means your hotel room reservation must be canceled. Hotel reservation cancellations and change requests MUST be emailed to info@sreconference.com. The housing company and NMHC reserve the right to automatically cancel your reservation if you do not. Refer to the Annual Meeting Hotel/Travel page for hotel reservation policies.
Official Housing Provider
Staged Right Events is the official housing provider for NMHC Annual Meeting. For your protection, do not book hotel rooms through any unknown company or third-party vendor that may contact you directly. Contact Staged Right Events at 954-404-8252 Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM ET or info@sreconference.com. Please contact Staged Right Events with housing questions.
To make a hotel reservation request in the group block you must be a registered attendee.
Your registration confirmation email includes the link to request a room reservation and your registration confirmation code. Have your confirmation code ready when you go to request your reservation. You will be asked to put your unique registration confirmation code on the reservation form.

Company room blocks are not available. All reservations must be made individually.
Any full reservation cancellations made after December 12, 2025 will result in a forfeiture of the advance deposit. View the Annual Meeting Website for full housing reservation information, instructions, and policies.
- Any registered attendee from a Sponsor firm that wishes to request a suite MUST FIRST complete a regular room request online via this NMHC housing website and then submit a separate sponsor suite request form.
- Please only submit one sponsor suite request form for each guest you’d like to place in a suite. Submitting a suite request for each registrant in your firm will not guarantee your firm will receive extra suites or a suite for each registered attendee.
- Suite requests, suite type and the number of suites per firm cannot be guaranteed regardless of sponsorship level, membership level, or past suites reserved by a firm. NMHC will work to accommodate as many suite requests and preferences as possible. NMHC will work to accommodate as many suite requests and preferences as possible.
- If the guest’s preferred suite type or any suite cannot be confirmed, the guest will be placed on a waitlist for a suite and their regular room request will be confirmed (based on availability). If the guest did not make a request for a regular room, a reservation will not be made for them.
- Sponsors may submit a waitlist request through the NMHC housing website if they do not receive their suite preference and want a suite upgrade or if they want to secure an additional suite. The waitlist will be cleared based on cancellations that are received.
- Executive Hospitality Suites will be offered through Meeting Room Rentals. View the Meeting Room Rental Guidelines for more information.
- Sponsor Suite Request Form Link – due to limited availability, submit your request as soon as possible.
Sponsors are eligible to request a suite to be used on-site at the event venue for meetings or hospitality purposes (cannot be used for exhibit installations). The Suite Usage Guide with complete details on expectations and policies is coming soon!
If you would like to reserve a suite for a registrant, review the steps below and complete the Sponsor Suite Request Form linkeed below. Requests will be reviewed and assigned on a weekly basis, until inventory runs out.
- NMHC recommends a quantity of 300-400 pieces. Literature only; promotional items are not permitted.
- Sponsors are responsible for placing and replenishing literature as needed throughout the week.
Sponsor literature tables will be placed at NMHC registration (Mariposa 5, East Level 2) in the front-right of the room. Sponsors may place literature beginning on Monday, January 26th at 11:00 AM.
Refer to the Aria Resort Shipping Information for guidelines for shipping elements to the hotel prior to the event. Sponsors are responsible for all shipping and storage fees.
All packages must be addressed to the sponsor recipient. NMHC will not store or accept packages on behalf of any sponsor or attendee.
Please allow ample time to retrieve packages on-site, as volume will be high.
- Payment instructions for check, ACH, and credit card are included on the invoice. A 3% processing fee will apply to credit card payments.
- The NMHC W9 Form can be downloaded from the Checklist in the Bravura Exhibitor Portal if needed to process payment.
Invoice and Payment – Due Friday, 11/7
Login to the Bravura Exhibitor Portal to view or pay your invoice by Friday, November 7th. NMHC reserves the right to cancel an approval if payment is not received in full by the due date.
Sponsor Cancellation Policy: Sponsor may cancel sponsorship by providing written notice to sponsorships@nmhc.org. Upon receipt of the notice of cancellation, NMHC will cancel and release all sponsorship benefits and selections. In the case of cancellation, paid sponsorship fees will not be refunded, and Sponsor is liable for all unpaid sponsorship fees.

NMHC Sponsors (Chair’s Circle/Friends of the Council Sponsors or Annual Meeting Platinum/Gold/Silver) are eligible to reserve event space at the ARIA. The Subgroup Event Booking Guide is being finalized and will be published when available. Stay tuned for details on how to request a Subgroup Event.
Sponsors are eligible to request a meeting table that will be reserved for their group throughout the duration of the conference. Details on table reservation and assignment will be communicated in November 2025.
