- Information regarding your yearly sponsorship benefits and Annual Meeting sponsorship will be communicated in their respective portals. Each site requires unique credentials that you have been previously provided with.

Annual Meeting Bravura Sponsor Portal – Check Regularly
Log into the Annual Meeting Bravura Sponsor Portal regularly to check for updates, key dates/deadlines, documents/resources to help you stay on track. Click on the Checklist tile in the portal to view this information.
Your Bravura Sponsor Portal login credentials are included in your Annual Meeting Sponsorship Confirmation email. These credentials are different than your NMHC website credentials. Make sure you are using the correct credentials when accessing the portal.
Chair's Circle and Friends of the Council
As a reminder, the URL for the Yearly Sponsor portal (Chair's Circle and Friends of the Council) and the Annual Meeting Sponsor portal are UNIQUE and require separate login credentials.

- Attendee email address/contact information is NOT provided.
- NMHC does not sell registration lists, contact information, or phone numbers.
The official conference Attendee List is only available via the NMHC Annual Meeting Website.

Sponsors receive a predetermined number of free registrations and additional paid registrations baed on their NMHC membership and sponsorship tier.
Complimentary registrations allocated through sponsorship/membership purchases may only be used by employees of the sponsoring/member company.
If Sponsor has multiple NMHC memberships, their complimentary registrations attach to the highest NMHC membership level held by the Sponsor. Sponsorship benefits, including complientary registrations, cannot be split among multiple company rosters.

Registration for the Annual Meeting, Apartment Strategies Conference, and Women’s Event is open. Complete registration on the Annual Meeting Event page. You must be logged into the NMHC site to view the event page details and registration link.
The Annual Meeting is co-located with and follows the Women's Event and Apartment Strategies Conference. Separate registration is required for EACH of these 3 events. Visit the event pages linked below to check your attendance eligibility.

Online registration closes on January 22, 2026, at 5 p.m. ET. Once online registration has closed, all registrations can be processed onsite once NMHC registration opens on Monday, January 26. Please check the Agenda on the Annual Meeting website for onsite registration hours.
- Networking Passes will be $600 each.

Networking Pass Registration will open on the NMHC website in early December2025. The confirmed date will be communicated when it’s finalized.
Member firms who have used all of their NMHC Annual Meeting registration slots based on membership level and/or sponsorship support can purchase Networking Passes. Networking passes allow additional colleagues from member firms to be on the hotel premises during the Annual Meeting and for the onsite corporate events. Those individuals are not eligible to attend sessions, committee meetings, any meals and receptions but would be allowed on the grounds to network. There is no limit to the number of passes that your firm can purchase.

- A valid meeting registration and official badge are required to enter all event spaces, meeting rooms, and hotel suites.
- Badge sharing is strictly prohibited. Sponsors and attendees found sharing and swapping badges or wearing a badge that is not their own will have their badge confiscated and must leave the event.
- Company-issued badges will not be accepted in place of official NMHC meeting badges.
To ensure a smooth experience at the Annual Meeting, please review and follow the badge policy outlined below.
In order to be onsite at the hotel during the NMHC Annual Meeting, all individuals MUST display an official NMHC meeting badge. This includes one of the following badges, to be worn at all times during the meeting sessions.
Additional badge policies:
Meeting cancellations must be sent in writing to NMHC. Written requests for meeting cancellation refunds received by Friday, December 12th are entitled to a full refund, minus a processing fee of $250. No meeting cancellation refunds will be granted after December 12, 2025.
Canceling your meeting registration means your hotel room reservation must be canceled. Hotel reservation cancellations and change requests MUST be emailed to info@sreconference.com. The housing company and NMHC reserve the right to automatically cancel your reservation if you do not. Refer to the Annual Meeting Hotel/Travel page for hotel reservation policies.
Official Housing Provider
Staged Right Events is the official housing provider for NMHC Annual Meeting. For your protection, do not book hotel rooms through any unknown company or third-party vendor that may contact you directly. Contact Staged Right Events at 954-404-8252 Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM ET or info@sreconference.com. Please contact Staged Right Events with housing questions.
To make a hotel reservation request in the group block you must be a registered attendee.
Your registration confirmation email includes the link to request a room reservation and your registration confirmation code. Have your confirmation code ready when you go to request your reservation. You will be asked to put your unique registration confirmation code on the reservation form.

Company room blocks are not available. All reservations must be made individually.
Any full reservation cancellations made after December 12, 2025 will result in a forfeiture of the advance deposit.
- All sponsor attendees must first submit a regular room request via the NMHC housing website before submitting a suite request form.
- Suite type, quantity, and availability cannot be guaranteed regardless of sponsorship level, membership, or past suite history. NMHC will try to accommodate preferences.
- If a suite isn’t available, the guest will be placed on a suite waitlist.
- To request a suite, submit the Sponsor Suite Request Form. Due to limited availability, submit your request as soon as possible.
- Sponsors who are assigned a suite will receive a Suite Usage Guide with full details on Food & Beverage orders, furnishings/furnishing removal, elevator attendants, and more.
- The Suite Usage Guide is being finalized and will be communicated as soon as it is available.
Refer to Hotel and Travel section of the Annual Meeting event page for complete details on Sponsor Suite Requests. Included below are a high-level overview of important information.
Executive Hospitality Suites:
Executive Hospitality Suites are limited. If you would like to reserve an Executive Hospitality Suite, reach out to sponsorship@nmhc.org for rental rates and reservation information.
- NMHC recommends a quantity of 300-400 pieces. Literature only; promotional items are not permitted.
- Sponsors are responsible for placing and replenishing literature as needed throughout the week.
Sponsor literature tables will be placed at NMHC registration (Mariposa 5, East Level 2) in the front-right of the room. Sponsors may place literature beginning on Monday, January 26th at 11:00 AM.
Refer to the Aria Resort Shipping Information for guidelines for shipping elements to the hotel prior to the event. Sponsors are responsible for all shipping and storage fees.
All packages must be addressed to the sponsor recipient. NMHC will not store or accept packages on behalf of any sponsor or attendee.
Please allow ample time to retrieve packages on-site, as volume will be high.
Invoice and Payment – Due Friday, 12/12
Login to the Bravura Exhibitor Portal to view or pay your invoice. Full payment is due by Friday, December 12th.
NMHC reserves the right to cancel a sponsorship agreement or meeting room assignment due to non-payment.
Payment can be made via check, ACH, or credit card. Payment instructions are included on the invoice. A 3% processing fee will apply to credit card payments.

Sponsor Cancellation Policy: Sponsor may cancel sponsorship by providing written notice to sponsorships@nmhc.org. Upon receipt of the notice of cancellation, NMHC will cancel and release all sponsorship benefits and selections. In the case of cancellation, paid sponsorship fees will not be refunded, and Sponsor is liable for all unpaid sponsorship fees.
This section will include a list of VIP/Special invitation only events and RSVP deadlines once they are available closer to event dates. Details will be communicated as they are available.

NMHC Sponsors (Chair’s Circle/Friends of the Council Sponsors or Annual Meeting Platinum/Gold/Silver) are eligible to reserve event space at the ARIA. The Subgroup Event Booking Guide is being finalized and will be published when available. Stay tuned for details on how to request a Subgroup Event.
Sponsors are eligible to request a meeting table that will be reserved for their group throughout the duration of the conference. Details on table reservation and assignment will be communicated in November 2025.
