Important Exhibitor Action Items and Notes:

  • *NEW* Tuesday Exhibit Hall Hours:  On Tuesday, November 15th the exhibit hall will be open from 9:45am – 1:30pm. Please pass this along to your exhibit booth staff as these hours are new this year and different from our usual Exhibit Hall schedule. Please click on the "Agenda" tab on the left to view all Exhibit Hall hours as well as the Conference sessions. 
  • Line of Sight:  To allow an unobstructed view of booths, exhibitors (with the exception of island booths) are not permitted to have their booths and backdrops exceed 8 ft. in height for linear booths. Backdrops/backgrounds 8 ft. in height may extend forward no more than 5 ft. from the backwall. Consult NMHC if you have questions or require a diagram for clarification. 
  • Conference Lanyards:  We respect that exhibitors may want to wear their company lanyards, however, they may only do so in their booth. The lanyards that will be provided upon registration check-in are the official sponsored conference lanyard and must be worn at all other times.  
  • Lead Retrievals:  There will be no lead retrieval system available for this conference.  
  • Solicitation:  Reminder - Exhibitors must be cautious of companies engaging in phishing attempts and unauthorized solicitations for anything including, but not limited to, AV equipment rental, meeting attendee/membership contact lists, hotel rooms, etc. Solicitation from firms claiming to have such amenities are illegal and fraudulent. NMHC will alert exhibitors if we hire a company to act on our behalf. Official hotel information can be found by clicking on the "Hotel and Travel" tab on the left of this page.
