A cancellation must be made in writing and submitted to the Hanley Wood registration company via mail, fax, or email. Name changes are permitted at any time.
Cancellations for paid Associate/Additional Attendee Paid Registration – Single or Family must be received on or before Friday, Feb 24th to receive a full refund. After Friday, Feb 24th no refunds will be granted, but name changes will be permitted at any time.

Attendees are responsible for their own hotel and travel accommodations. Book early as space is limited. After that time, all reservations are non-refundable and hotel room availability and rates are at the hotel's discretion.
