The NMHC/NAA pro-apartment campaign recently earned more national recognition, this time from the PR Daily Media Relations Awards. NMHC/NAA took home honorable mention in the Best Use of the Internet or Digital Tools and Best Website categories, finishing behind only JetBlue Airways and the Palms Casino Resort.
Despite being the first-ever, comprehensive multimedia communications effort on behalf of the apartment industry, the “Apartments We Live Here”campaign has garnered multiple awards - generating more than 150 news stories and sending tens of thousands of visitors to the campaign site since February.
The success of the campaign led the public relations industry’s flagship publication, PR Week, to publish a related case study. The campaign was also honored as a finalist for both the 2013 Public Affairs Campaign and New Site Launch of the Year awards by PR News.
