As Capitol Hill whirls with uncertainty, NMCH PAC
remains a constant and reliable voice for the multifamily industry. We continue
to support key members of Congress who will be champions for the multifamily
industry regardless of what may be going on with interparty politics.
NMHC PAC is growing and improving and, on that front, the updated NMHC PAC website is close to completion and will be up and running in a matter of days. This site will be easier to navigate with important information on the PAC’s activities and efforts. Current legislative and advocacy news will also be found on the site.
Rounding out the year with our personal dollar campaign, there will be an event this Sunday for Senator Johnny Isakson (R-GA). The evening reception will be held by Jerry Wilkinson in Atlanta. A number of key NMHC leaders have stepped up to support this event and it’s on track to raise over $50,000 for this great supporter of the multifamily industry.
Lastly, on December 11, Lauren Brockman will host a personal dollar event in Denver for Senator Michael Bennet (D-CO). Senator Bennet is a pragmatic, independent thinker with a business background. Keep your eye out for further information on this event.
If you have questions about NMHC PAC or want information on the personal dollar campaign events, please do not hesitate to contact Lisa Costello, Vice President of Political Affairs, at 202-974-2325 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
