
Ahniyah Napper is the Administrative Coordinator at NMHC. She assists with membership outreach and engagement, manages applications, and helps with internal projects and events. She works closely with different teams to keep things running smoothly day to day.
Before joining NMHC, she worked in operations management at Amazon, leading teams and improving workflows in a fast-paced environment. She earned her degree in Environmental and Resource Economics from the University of Delaware, which shaped her practical approach to solving problems.
Outside of work, you’ll find her watching The Office, going for walks, or getting creative with new projects.
