Ahniyah Napper is the Membership & Database Manager at RETTC. She manages the full membership lifecycle, maintains member data, and supports the committees and peer groups that keep the community connected. Before joining NMHC, she worked in operations management at Amazon, leading teams and improving workflows in a fast-paced environment. She earned her degree in Environmental and Resource Economics from the University of Delaware, which shaped her practical approach to solving problems.
