Housing Equity Guide
NMHC, working with Enterprise Community Partners, created this Guide as a resource to help highlight ways that multifamily housing can help improve outcomes for underserved populations by supporting the advancement of housing equity in communities across the country.
This section describes a series of practices related to apartment development, including location, design and programming decisions that provide examples of how some organizations are advancing housing equity.
2024 ICC Model Code Development
The ICC is now developing the 2024 I-Codes, which are divided into two groups - Groups A and B.
