Carissa Gaine is the Events and Content Manager at RETTC. She brings a strong track record of delivering innovative convenings, shaping thought leadership, and fostering cross-sector collaboration among key stakeholders. Throughout her career, Carissa has led strategic content development and large-scale events designed to drive engagement and deliver measurable impact.
At the American College of Cardiology, she partnered with senior leaders and subject matter experts to execute flagship programs, expand global participation, and deepen stakeholder engagement. She also served as staff liaison for the organization’s governance transformation during significant growth and evolution. Most recently, she contributed to the American Council on Education’s Annual Experience, which convened higher education leaders, as well as the Women’s Leadership Conference and a high-impact webinar series.
Carissa holds a B.A. from Rollins College and recently earned a certificate in Artificial Intelligence from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
