Eli Kahn is a Research Associate supporting NMHC’s policy research and regular market reporting. Prior to working at NMHC, he was a research assistant at the Mercatus Center’s Urbanity Project studying housing supply reforms. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard and a master’s degree from UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy.
