Sponsors are eligible to select sponsorship items at events for which they have purchased a sponsorship package. Sponsors who wish to purchase additional items beyond their package allocation may do so at the listed rate.
NMHC Yearly Sponsors: Event-level sponsorship benefits are assigned in addition to the benefits received with your Chair's Circle or Friends of the Council Sponsorship Package. Each event sponsorship includes its own benefits, which are assigned in addition to those provided by your primary sponsorship.

Each item is listed in their respective event section with the number of opportunities available. This is the max number of sponsors available to select this item. For example, 1 opportunity means it is exclusive to one sponsor only whereas 2 opportunities means no more than two sponsors can select this item to be featured.

Open exclusively to NMHC Executive Committee and Board of Directors members, the Fall Board of Directors Meeting continues to be one of NMHC’s most popular events. During the Fall Meeting, attendees spend time on Capitol Hill to hear directly from political insiders, members of Congress, and officials from the Administration who are responsible for housing policy.

The printed agenda is the essential onsite reference guide for attendees to use throughout the event. As the exclusive sponsor, your logo appears prominently on the cover, giving your brand continuous visibility from the moment attendees pick up their badges.
Welcome attendees and gain brand exposure as they begin their day at breakfast. Your logo will be featured on breakfast signage.

Sponsor the opening night dinner featuring the keynote speaker presentation. Sponsorship includes one reserved seat at the table with the keynote speaker for an exclusive and engaging dinner conversation! Your logo will be featured on signage at the dinner and included in the opening slides of the keynote presentation.
Co-sponsor the General Sessions during the meeting, taking place on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday! Your logo appears at the entrance to the session room and on a dedicated slide during the welcome remarks at the opening general session.
Increase your visibility by sponsoring the key cards attendees use to enter their guest rooms each day. Sponsor may provide custom artwork for a physical and digital key card. Artwork is due to NMHC by Wednesday, 7/15.
Reach attendees before they arrive by sponsoring the pre-event email, sent by NMHC to all registered attendees. Your hyperlinked logo appears at the top of the email.
The sponsor's logo is featured on every attendee lanyard alongside the NMHC logo. NMHC produces the lanyards.
Welcome attendees to the meeting during the Opening Networking Reception and receive strong brand presence during one of the first major networking opportunities of the event. Sponsor's logo appears on signage at the reception. Sponsor may provide additional banners and/or branded beverage napkins to display near the bars at the reception, at their own expense.
Promote your company to attendees as they register for the meeting. Sponsor logo will be included on the Registration webpage and included in event marketing emails. The Sponsor's logo will also be included on signage in the registration/badge pick-up area at the event.

Keep attendees connected during the meeting by sponsoring the event WiFi. Your company name will be incorporated into the WiFi password, with logo placement on onsite WiFi signage.
