Sponsors are eligible to select sponsorship items at events for which they have purchased a sponsorship package. Sponsors who wish to purchase additional items beyond their package allocation may do so at the listed rate.
NMHC Yearly Sponsors: Event-level sponsorship benefits are assigned in addition to the benefits received with your Chair's Circle or Friends of the Council Sponsorship Package. Each event sponsorship includes its own benefits, which are assigned in addition to those provided by your primary sponsorship.

Sponsor Item Availability
Each item is listed in their respective event section with the number of opportunities available. This is the max number of sponsors available to select this item. For example, 1 opportunity means it is exclusive to one sponsor only whereas 2 opportunities means no more than two sponsors can select this item to be featured.
- Sponsors have the first right of refusal on items they sponsored the previous year. These items are listed Reserved pending confirmation.

The printed agenda is the essential onsite reference guide for attendees to use throughout the event. As the exclusive sponsor, your logo appears prominently on the cover, giving your brand continuous visibility from the moment attendees pick up their badges.
Welcome attendees and gain brand exposure as they begin their day at breakfast. Your logo will be featured on breakfast signage.
Co-sponsor the General Sessions during the meeting! Your logo appears at the entrance to the session room and on a dedicated slide during the welcome remarks.
Increase your visibility by sponsoring the key cards attendees use to enter their guest rooms each day. Sponsor may provide custom artwork for a physical and digital key card.
Reach attendees before they arrive by sponsoring the pre-event email, sent by NMHC to all registered attendees. Your hyperlinked logo appears at the top of the email.
The sponsor's logo is featured on every attendee lanyard alongside the NMHC logo. NMHC produces the lanyards.
Your logo appears on signage at the lunch, keeping your brand visible as attendees grab a bite to eat and network in between sessions.
Welcome attendees to the meeting during the Opening Networking Reception and receive strong brand presence during one of the first major networking opportunities of the event. Sponsor's logo appears on signage at the reception. Sponsor may provide additional banners and/or branded beverage napkins to display near the bars at the reception, at their own expense.
Invite attendees to keep the momentum going by sponsoring the outdoor reception on the lawn Tuesday night. Sponsor logo will be included on signage welcoming attendees. Surprise attendees with a branded gift delivered directly to their hotel rooms. Sponsor provides the gift and is responsible for hotel room delivery fees. Gifts must be provided to all rooms in the NMHC hotel block. Select lists are not permitted.

Sponsor the Welcome Email to ensure exposure as attendees begin their meeting experience. The Welcome Email is sent to registered attendees on Monday morning by NMHC and will include key event highlights and info for the event. The sponsor's hyperlinked logo appears at the top of the email.
WiFi | Exclusive | 1 Opportunity
Keep attendees connected during the meeting by sponsoring the event WiFi. Your company name will be incorporated into the WiFi password, with logo placement on onsite WiFi signage.
Sponsor Enhancement Options - Available to all Event Sponsors
Elevate your event sponsorship by purchasing one or more of The Clubhouse enhancements. The opportunities listed below are open to all Student Housing Conference Sponsors only. Sponsors may purchase these enhancements separately in addition to their allotted benefit sponsorship item.

The NMHC Clubhouse is the perfect place to recharge throughout the Student Housing Conference. All attendees have access to The Clubhouse for networking opportunities, grabbing a refreshment, resetting in a cabana, and even getting a few golf drives in!
Plus, all attendees have the chance to participate in a round of golf - well, sorta! Included in this opportunity is sponsorship of The Clubhouse Classic, a game where attendees complete a set of simple tasks for their chance to win fun prizes!
Sponsor logo is included at The Clubhouse entrance, related activation elements, and all messaging and signage promoting The Clubhouse.
Sponsor the golf simulator located within The Clubhouse where attendees can take a few practice swings in between sessions or even spark some friendly competition among colleagues. Sponsor logo is featured on signage in front of the simulator and on materials promoting the golf simulator.
A visit to the golf course is not complete without any new accessories! Visitors to The Clubhouse will receive a starter pack with sponsor-branded golf accessories (e.g., towel, golf ball set, and golf bag tag - final items may vary). Sponsor logo will be included on the branded items and on materials promoting the Golf Starter Pack!
The Clubhouse Cabanas and Lounges - Limited Availability
Cabanas are located throughout The Clubhouse as a perfect spot to refresh and step away for a reset in between sessions. Cabanas include a furnished lounge area for attendees to gather, and a lemonade stand for a quick refreshment - sample image included here. Sponsor logo is included on signage in front of the cabanas and on materials promoting the cabanas in The Clubhouse.
Secure a comfortable area to regroup and recharge with in The Clubhouse for your team and networking partners. The Fairway Lounge is a 10x20 furnished space with electric setup included. Lounges are located within The Clubhouse and accessible to the Sponsor Company's team throughout the conference dates during show hours. Refer to the image linked below for lounge space setup included.
