In this short video, NMHC’s COO Kenny Emson shares all the insider tips you will need to know to navigate the hotel and get the most of your time in Las Vegas.
Meeting Badges & Security
Badge pickup will be available at Registration, located in Mariposa 5 (East Level 2) – check the Agenda for registration hours. All badges are available for pickup once registration opens.
If you are registered for the 2023 NMHC Apartment Strategies Conference and have a full registration or networking pass for the 2023 NMHC Annual Meeting, please make sure 2 badges are printed—one for each event.
Registrants of the 2023 NMHC Apartment Strategies Conference must display their conference badge Tuesday, January 31. After 5 p.m., we ask those who are registered for the 2023 NMHC Annual Meeting or have a networking pass to please display that badge for the rest of the week.
Gain access to meetings in suites using the elevators on the Promenade Level. Be sure to know if the suite is located in the Towers or Sky Suites, as their elevator banks are in different locations. Attendees must be wearing a proper badge to gain access. Room keys will only give you access to the floor where your hotel room is located.
Elevator attendants will be available at the following times to provide access to the suites:
- Monday: 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Navigating the ARIA and Meeting Spaces
This is the first time the NMHC Annual Meeting will be held in Vegas. To help you find your way around, we have prepared this handy map to assist you in planning your time.
Networking with Brella
There will be more reserved and unreserved networking spaces this year. To help facilitate connecting with fellow attendees, the Annual Meeting will be utilizing Brella, an AI-driven networking app. Brella allows you to match with attendees, schedule meeting times and reserve a meeting table. It is also the meeting app where you will find the daily schedule and more.
Find your Brella join link and join code here: nmhc.org/Brella-Code. As your join link and code are unique to you, we ask that you do not share this information.
