Whether you’re an industry executive with an expansive network or newer to the industry and establishing relationships, this is an opportunity to network with women leading the rental apartment industry to the future.
Registration is open to women registered to attend the 2023 NMHC Apartment Strategies Conference or the 2023 NMHC Annual Meeting. Women who are registered for a 2023 NMHC Annual Meeting Networking Pass may also attend. Separate registration is required for each event.
NMHC’s Women's Event is open only to women who are already registered for one of the following:

- 2023 NMHC Annual Meeting
- 2023 NMHC Annual Meeting Emerging Leader

Ascending industry stars with a range of professional experiences and personal backgrounds will share their perspectives on pivotal moments that have influenced their careers. From significant social and economic events to more individualized career decisions, challenges, and “ah-ha moments”, the panel’s insights will be relevant for both industry veterans and up and comers.

More women in leadership positions means better opportunities for us to leave our handprints on workplace benefits that support success. Some change has been accelerated by the pandemic while others have resulted from pressing employee needs. Panelists will discuss their company’s launch or revamp of policies for flexible schedules and remote work, paid leave for salaried and commission-based employees, family-creation benefits and pay parity.
