Developing a trusted network of mentors, sponsors and allies can often make or break career fulfillment and advancement—particularly for women executives navigating a traditionally male-dominated sector. As companies continue to build their employee resource programs in support of their DEI objectives, how are leaders thinking about the role of individuals in their program infrastructure and creating space for employees to engage in a manner they feel supported?
In the second regional Women in Multifamily event, moderator Tama Huang, former Chief Innovation Officer at CohnReznick, will delve into this issue with a panel of industry leaders. We anticipate this to be an intimate and frank discussion about how real estate companies are enabling their employee-centric talent programs to help women feel more confident in navigating their challenges and ability to attain career goals. Seats are limited, make sure to reserve your spot before they are gone!
