Join us for the 16th Annual NMHC Student Housing Conference & Exposition, taking place October 3-5 at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa. With last year’s record-breaking attendance, this is the premier event for Student Housing professionals bringing together over 825 leaders from all facets of the sector including owners, investors, lenders, and university partners.

The conference features the industry's best and brightest minds, all at one event, delivering the knowledge, tools, programs and connections necessary for leaders to shape their future success and the future of our industry. Sponsorship opportunities are available to NMHC members only. Sponsors will receive increased branding and visibility during the conference. The minimum sponsorship is $10,000. 

Benefits apply to the 2018 NMHC Student Housing Conference only and include:

  • 1 free registration for the 2018 NMHC Student Housing Conference.
  • Recognition in promotional marketing materials and e-mails related to the conference (print and digital).
