The Research Committee is comprised of a limited number of researchers from among NMHC member firms. The Committee holds virtual meetings regularly. While these meetings are generally open only to Committee members, occasionally meetings will feature outside speakers and will be open to other member researchers as well. In addition, the Committee generally holds in-person meetings following the Research Forum and the Apartment Strategies Conference.
For those interested in networking with other researchers, the best option is the annual Research Forum. The Apartment Strategies Conference also provides researchers with the opportunity to network. Another option is to use the Research listserv to connect with others, particularly regarding more specific questions and requests.
