The NMHC Risk Management Working Group provides a forum for collaboration and dialogue amongst industry peers as they navigate a growing and costly risk landscape for multifamily firms. The group’s mission is to raise awareness of the many challenges in the insurance marketplace, the impact of risk on the development and operation of apartment communities and highlight emerging issues for the industry. The Working Group also recommends content for NMHC meetings and informational resources and, when needed, will evaluate policy options and strategies relative to critical legislative and regulatory issues.
