SHC Kiosk and Sponsorship Resources

2025 Event Sponsorship Packages

Sponsors are eligible to choose event sponsorships at events where they have purchased a sponsorship package.

Sponsors who wish to purchase additional items beyond their package allocation may do so at the listed rate.

Sponsors have first right of refusal on items they sponsored the previous year. these items will be listed as “Reserved" pending release by the previous sponsor. If you wish to be added to the wait list for any "Reserved" items, please submit your request along with an alternative selection.

Items listed as "Sold" are assigned to another company, and not available.

Items listed as "Open" will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Items, benefits, and availability are subject to change.

RESERVED
Sponsorship is reserved; Sponsors interested in reserved items may submit a wait list request.
SOLD
Sponsorship is unavailable. Wait list requests will not be accepted.

Attendee List

The official conference Attendee List is only available via the NMHC Student Housing Conference Website. Login to your NMHC Member Account to view the list.

Only the registrant’s name, title, and company are provided. Contact information and email addresses are NOT provided.

Important: NMHC does not sell registration lists, contact information, or phone numbers.

Kiosk A/V Information

AVFX is contracted through NMHC Student Housing 2025 as the official AV provider for the Conference.

Kiosk Display Monitor

Monitor:

Each Kiosk includes a 32" monitor, which will be provided and installed by AVFX.
A standard HDMI connector cable is also included.
All kiosks include a monitor; monitors cannot be removed or substituted.

Laptop & Display Content:

Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own device to connect to the monitor on-site, and creating their own content to display on the monitor.
If the exhibitor is renting a laptop/device via AVFX, the laptop will be installed for them. However, the Exhibitor must still upload all content to their laptop/device when they arrive on-site.

PowerPoint Ratio:

The recommended ratio for PowerPoints/display content is 16:9 or 1920x1080.
