Official Housing Provider
Staged Right Events is the official housing provider for NMHC Annual Meeting. For your protection, do not book hotel rooms through any unknown company or third-party vendor that may contact you directly. Contact Staged Right Events at 954-404-8252 Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM ET or info@sreconference.com. Please contact Staged Right Events with housing questions.
To make a hotel reservation request in the group block you must be a registered attendee. Your registration confirmation email includes the link to request a room reservation.

- To reserve a suite, submit the Sponsor Suite Request Form as soon as possible. Availability is limited. Guest must be a registered attendee.
- Suite type, quantity, and availability cannot be guaranteed, regardless of sponsorship level or past history.
- If a suite is unavailable, you will be placed on a waitlist.
- Sponsors with assigned suites should refer to the Suite Usage Guide with details on food & beverage orders, furnishings, and more.
- Executive Hospitality Suites are limited and cannot be requested via the Suite Request Form. For rates and details, email sponsorship@nmhc.org.

Suite Requests & Assignments

Elevator Access for Suites
All badged NMHC attendees will have access to hospitality suites from the elevators during show hours below.
Sponsor is responsible for providing an elevator attendant to provide guest access to suites for functions outside of show hours.
Access to the suites must occur ONLY via the Promenade Level elevator banks. For guests to access the elevators, during NMHC show hours, they will need to show their NMHC badge.
For information on elevator attendants and brand ambassadors, please refer to the Suite Usage Terms and Conditions in the Suite Usage Guide.
- Pay via check, ACH, or credit card (3% fee applies).
- Access invoices, view payment info, and make payments in the Bravura portal.

Full Sponsorship Payment Due Friday, January 9, 2025.
Cancellations: Sponsor may cancel sponsorship by providing written notice to sponsorships@nmhc.org. Upon receipt of the notice of cancellation, NMHC will cancel and release all sponsorship benefits and selections. In the case of cancellation, paid sponsorship fees will not be refunded, and Sponsor is liable for all unpaid sponsorship fees.

Annual Meeting Only Sponsors - submit through the Annual Meeting Sponsor Portal.
Please upload/submit your logo even if there are no changes to your logo from your previous sponsorship to ensure our files are current and the correct logo is used for event materials.
Specifications:
- If you have already requested a meeting room, please stay tuned for your assignment.
- If you have not already requested a meeting room, and woud like to do so, please email sponsorships@nmhc.org ASAP.
- Space is limited and space assignment is not guaranteed.
- Badges are required for entry and access to event space and meeting rooms. No exceptions.
- Each attendee (including company planners/support staff) must be registered and display their own official badge.
- Payment is due by Friday, January 9, 2025.
- The rental fee is not included with sponsorship. Rental fees vary based on room size, and will be invoiced by NMHC upon assignment.
- All costs for services (e.g., catering, A/V, décor, vendors) are the sponsor’s responsibility and are not included in the rental fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the Sponsor.
All requests for meeting rooms at the ARIA during the NMHC Annual Meeting require NMHC approval. Any request made directly through the hotel for meeting space will be forwarded to NMHC for approval. NMHC reserves the right to decline any requests.

A Mobile App will be available for attendees to use before and during the event. Details and access information will be provided to registrants closer to event dates.
- Separate registration is required for each event.
- Annual Meeting Registration
- Women's Event Registration
- Attendee MUST be registered for Annual Meeting or Apartment Strategies to be eligible to register for the Women's Event.
- Apartment Strategies Registration
- Badges are required for entry and access to event space and meeting rooms. No exceptions.
- Each attendee must be registered and display their own official badge.
- Company-issued or corporate badges are not accepted.
- Badge sharing is prohibited. Violators will be removed from the event.
- Networking Pass Registration is open.
- Cost: $600 per pass. There is no limit to the number of passes your firm can purchase.
- Networking Passes allow additional registrants from member firms to be onsite in networking areas and in sponsor meeting rooms.
- Written cancellation requests for full registrations received by December 12, 2025, will receive a full refund minus a $250 processing fee. Email membership@nmhc.org for registration cancellations or changes.
- No refunds are provided for Networking Passes. Networking Passes may be transferred to another employee from your firm. Email membership@nmhc.org for Networking Pass registration changes.
- Canceling your meeting registration will result in cancellation of your hotel. Email info@sreconference.com for housing changes.

Registration for the Annual Meeting, Apartment Strategies Conference, and Women’s Event is open. Registration MUST be completed separately for EACH event from the NMHC event-specific webpages, linked below.
Deadline: Online registration closes January 22, 2026, at 5 p.m. ET. After this date, registration will be available onsite starting January 26. Check the Agenda for onsite hours.
Networking Passes (Annual Meeting Only)

Registration Cancellation Policy
Refer to Registration and Hotel & Travel pages on the Annual Meeting Event Page for complete registration and hotel policies and deadlines.

- Complimentary and paid registrations can only be used by employees of the sponsoring or member company.
- If your company holds multiple NMHC memberships, sponsor registrations will apply to the highest membership level.
- Sponsorship benefits, including complimentary registrations, cannot be split across multiple company rosters.
Sponsors receive a set number of complimentary registrations and paid registrations based on their NMHC membership level and Sponsorship tier.
Additional registrations may be purchased under a Networking Pass as needed.

- Table Number Assignments will be published on December 12, 2025.
Sponsors may request a reserved meeting table for their group to use for meetings as needed throughout the event.
To request a table, please email sponsorships@nmhc.org.
- Sponsors are responsible for all inbound/outbound shipping and storage fees.
- Packages must be addressed directly to the sponsor recipient.
- NMHC cannot accept or store packages on behalf of sponsors or attendees.
- Allow extra time for on-site retrieval of packages. Volume will be high.
Review the Aria Resort Shipping Information before sending materials.
- Placement begins on Monday, January 26 at 11:00 AM.
- Recommended quantity: 300 pieces.
- Literature only. Promotional items are not permitted.
- Sponsors are responsible for replenishing their materials throughout the week.
Literature tables will be located at NMHC registration (Mariposa 5, East Level 2). If you wish to place company literature, please follow the instructions below.
All requests for event space at the ARIA during the NMHC Annual Meeting require NMHC approval. Any request made directly through the hotel for space will be forwarded to NMHC for approval. NMHC reserves the right to decline any requests.
If you are interested in booking an event, please review the Subgroup Event Guidelines document before making your request.
Offsite Events
If you plan to host an event offsite (not at the ARIA or Vdara), you do not need prior approval from NMHC. Offsite events and transportation to those events may not take place during program hours.
Free high-speed internet will be available in conference spaces and meeting rooms during the conference.
Access information will be provided closer to event dates.
