We invite all NMHC members and non-members to help shape the content of our conference by submitting a speaker volunteer form. Each year, the OPTECH conference features more than 100 of the multifamily industry’s most innovative leaders. At NMHC, we’re always looking for a diversity of new voices and ideas to highlight.
Read on to learn more about how to let us know of the talented people in your network!
Our 2023 Content Survey asked respondents to rank seven ‘themes’ for the OPTECH Conference by level of importance. Below is a list of those themes as ranked by multifamily executive survey respondents:
- Property Management Automation & Artificial Intelligence
- Optimizing the Tech Stack
- Business Intelligence and Data Management Methods and Case Studies
- Resident Life-cycle Management
- Rethinking the Workforce Strategy
- Bringing Seamless Connectivity to Smart Communities
- Managing Risk in an Uncertain Regulatory and Market Environment
And so, as part of our program planning, we are opening a call for multifamily leaders who are subject matter experts willing to share their unique perspective on these seven important thematic areas of interest.
While we prefer self-submissions, we understand that some individuals may not be aware of the application process or how their knowledge and experience might be helpful to others in the industry. If you would like to suggest a speaker for the conference, please use the speaker form. This form goes directly to NMHC staff and the OPTECH Planning Committee. Please review the NMHC OPTECH Speaker FAQ for details.
All speaking requests must be submitted through the web form.
Please note that all submissions will be reviewed before a final determination is made. We cannot guarantee a response if you are not selected to speak on a session. Please do not call or email to check on speaker selection status, NMHC does not have the capacity to respond to the high volume of inquiries.
NMHC conferences annually attract thousands of multifamily leaders from around the globe. Find out why these NMHC events are number one for networking and content.
