You’re Invited: 2023 National Multifamily Industry Compensation Survey now open for participation.
The National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and WTW are pleased to announce that the 2023 National Multifamily Industry Compensation Survey, sponsored by AIR Communities, AvalonBay Communities, and Equity Residential, is now available for participation.
As the premier source for market-level apartment industry compensation data, the survey addresses current market practices in compensation program design and salary levels for more than 130 corporate, regional, and on-site positions. Essential market-level data benchmarks make the report a must-have resource for developing a strategic compensation and employment plan aimed at recruiting and retaining top talent. Your contribution will help us deliver the most current, high-quality compensation data available.
Participation Deadline: June 2, 2023
Please indicate your anticipated submission date on the portal. All materials necessary for participation can be downloaded directly from the participation portal. All changes can be found in the participant guide.
The policies and practice section is collected online and can be accessed via the participation portal. Please note that responses for the policies and practices questionnaire are required for full participation.
Participated in 2022?A prepopulated workbook with select data elements from your previous submission is available to download via the portal’s online File Center. If you do not have access to this file or someone new is completing the survey this year, please reach out to us.
Survey Results
Survey results will be available for the executive and non-executive reports at the end of August on our Compensation Software Data Interactive platform. This powerful analysis and report-writing tool is a fully loaded data source that enables user to create customized, meaningful, and presentation-ready reports to support compensation planning objectives.
