Julianne Goodfellow is Head of Community and Policy at the Real Estate Technology and Transformation Center (RETTC), where she leads bold initiatives at the intersection of tech innovation and housing policy. She guides RETTC’s powerful national network of peer groups, committees, and working groups—dynamic spaces where real estate and tech leaders connect, collaborate, and drive transformation to solve the industry’s most urgent challenges, from AI governance to housing affordability.

At its core, RETTC is a vibrant community – a hub for bold ideas, bright minds, and creative solutions that serve everyone from residents to housing providers to investors and beyond.
Before joining RETTC, Julianne served as Vice President of Government Affairs at the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), where she led key federal initiatives focused on cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology regulation in rental housing. Her background also includes hands-on legislative work at both the federal and state levels. Julianne earned a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross.
